Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences
- Signs of wear, damage caused by use, or improper handling
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the product will be inspected.
- If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchange Process
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
- In case the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
